VideoFlow Publisher allows users to request deletion of personal information and platform data associated with their account.
1. Disconnecting a TikTok Account
Users may disconnect their TikTok account from the TikTok account management page inside VideoFlow Publisher.
When an account is disconnected:
- The account will no longer be available for new publishing tasks.
- Associated OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens will be removed from active use.
- Where supported and appropriate, authorization may be revoked through TikTok's official authorization system.
- Scheduled publishing tasks for the disconnected account may be cancelled or prevented from running.
2. Data That May Be Deleted
Users may request deletion of:
- VideoFlow Publisher account information.
- Connected TikTok account information.
- TikTok Open ID.
- TikTok display name and profile image URL.
- OAuth authorization data.
- OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens.
- Uploaded video files.
- Video metadata.
- Captions and hashtags.
- Scheduled publishing tasks.
- Publishing records and publishing history.
- Stored API errors and related technical records.
3. How to Submit a Deletion Request
Send a deletion request by email to:

Include the following information:
- The email address associated with the VideoFlow Publisher account.
- The display name of the connected TikTok account.
- A clear request to delete the associated data.
- A description of whether the request applies to one TikTok account or the entire VideoFlow Publisher account.
4. Identity Verification
We may request additional information to confirm:
- The identity of the requester.
- Ownership of the VideoFlow Publisher account.
- Authorization to manage the connected TikTok account.
This verification is intended to prevent unauthorized deletion requests.
5. Processing Time
Verified deletion requests will normally be processed within 30 days.
We will confirm completion by email when reasonably possible.
6. Information That May Be Retained
Limited information may be retained where necessary for:
- Legal compliance.
- Security investigations.
- Fraud and abuse prevention.
- Dispute resolution.
- Enforcement of agreements.
- Protecting the rights and safety of users and the service.
Where retention is required, the information will only be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.
