These Terms of Service govern access to and use of VideoFlow Publisher.
By accessing or using VideoFlow Publisher, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Description of the Service
VideoFlow Publisher is a web-based content management and publishing platform that helps authorized users manage original short-form videos and publish content to connected TikTok accounts.
The service may include:
- TikTok OAuth account connection.
- Video upload and media management.
- Caption and hashtag management.
- Privacy and interaction setting review.
- Immediate and scheduled publishing.
- Publishing status tracking.
- Technical error reporting.
2. Authorized Use
VideoFlow Publisher may only be used to manage social media accounts that the user owns or is legally and contractually authorized to manage.
Users must not access, connect, control, or publish to any TikTok account without the account owner's authorization.
3. Account Authorization
TikTok accounts are connected through TikTok's official OAuth authorization process.
VideoFlow Publisher does not request or store TikTok account passwords.
Users are responsible for reviewing the requested TikTok permissions before granting authorization.
Users may disconnect their TikTok account or revoke authorization at any time.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of their VideoFlow Publisher login credentials.
- Ensuring that connected TikTok accounts are properly authorized.
- Reviewing all videos, captions, hashtags, and publishing settings.
- Confirming the correct TikTok account before publication.
- Ensuring that uploaded and published content complies with applicable laws.
- Respecting copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, and other intellectual property rights.
- Following TikTok's terms, community guidelines, developer policies, and content policies.
- Keeping account and contact information accurate.
5. Original Content and Rights
Users must only upload and publish content that they own or have permission to use.
By uploading content, the user confirms that they have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and approvals required to process and publish that content.
VideoFlow Publisher does not claim ownership of user-uploaded videos, captions, or other content.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users may not use VideoFlow Publisher to:
- Access or manage an account without authorization.
- Collect or store TikTok account passwords.
- Use unofficial, private, reverse-engineered, or unauthorized TikTok APIs.
- Bypass TikTok OAuth authorization.
- Bypass TikTok App Review requirements.
- Circumvent rate limits, restrictions, security controls, or enforcement systems.
- Create or distribute spam.
- Publish illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or infringing content.
- Automate likes, follows, comments, messages, shares, or other engagement actions.
- Scrape TikTok data.
- Automatically create TikTok accounts.
- Interfere with the normal operation or security of the service.
- Upload malware, malicious code, or harmful files.
- Impersonate TikTok, another company, or another person.
- Misrepresent VideoFlow Publisher as an official TikTok product.
7. Publishing Confirmation
Users are responsible for reviewing the final publishing configuration before confirming a publishing request.
The publishing interface may display:
- The connected TikTok account.
- Video preview.
- Caption.
- Privacy level.
- Comment setting.
- Duet setting.
- Stitch setting.
- Scheduled publishing time.
Submission of a publishing request indicates that the user has reviewed and approved the selected content and settings.
8. TikTok and Third-Party Services
VideoFlow Publisher integrates with TikTok and may rely on other third-party infrastructure and service providers.
TikTok is an independent third-party platform. VideoFlow Publisher is not owned, endorsed, sponsored, or operated by TikTok unless expressly stated otherwise.
TikTok features may be affected by:
- TikTok API availability.
- TikTok authorization status.
- TikTok App Review decisions.
- Account-level restrictions.
- TikTok processing and moderation.
- Rate limits.
- Changes to TikTok policies or APIs.
- Third-party outages.
9. Publishing Results
VideoFlow Publisher does not guarantee that every publishing request will be accepted, processed, displayed publicly, or remain available on TikTok.
TikTok may reject, restrict, moderate, remove, delay, or limit content according to its policies and systems.
Users are responsible for reviewing TikTok publishing results and account notifications.
10. Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of VideoFlow Publisher when necessary for:
- Maintenance.
- Security.
- Legal compliance.
- Infrastructure changes.
- Third-party platform changes.
- Abuse prevention.
- Product development.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
Access to VideoFlow Publisher may be suspended or terminated when a user:
- Violates these Terms.
- Violates applicable law.
- Violates TikTok policies.
- Uses the platform without proper account authorization.
- Attempts to compromise service security.
- Creates unacceptable legal, security, or operational risk.

The VideoFlow Publisher name, interface, software, documentation, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant users ownership of the platform software or permission to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute protected components except where permitted by law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the service operator is established.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
VideoFlow Publisher is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VideoFlow Publisher and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:
- Use or inability to use the service.
- Failed, delayed, rejected, or removed publications.
- TikTok account restrictions.
- Loss of data.
- Third-party platform changes.
- Unauthorized account access caused by user actions.
- User-provided content.
17. Indemnification
Users agree to be responsible for claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses resulting from:
- Their uploaded or published content.
- Their violation of these Terms.
- Their violation of applicable law.
- Their violation of third-party rights.
- Unauthorized use of a TikTok account.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest revision date will be displayed at the top of this page.
Continued use of VideoFlow Publisher after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
